From Route I-495 (north or south)

Take exit number 48, towards Ward Hill (RT-125)/Bradford. Merge onto MA-125 Connector south (go 0.8 miles), Slight left turn onto South Main Street/MA-125 North (go 2.2 miles). The Church is on the left, Sacred Hearts School is on the right.

To reach the Pastoral Center (48 South Chestnut Street), turn right onto South Green Street (before reaching the church). The Pastoral Center, including the Youth Center, is at the end of the street, at the intersection with South Chestnut Street.

From Route 95

From the North, take exit 54, onto Rte. 133 West. From the South, exit 54B to Rte. 133 West. Follow 133 into Georgetown. There, Rte. 133 West becomes Rte. 97 North. Follow Rte. 97 North and take a left onto Salem Street. Follow Salem Street to the end at its intersection with Rte. 12

From Route 95

From the North, take exit 54, onto Rte. 133 West. From the South, exit 54B to Rte. 133 West. Follow 133 into Georgetown. There, Rte. 133 West becomes Rte. 97 North. Follow Rte. 97 North and take a left onto Salem Street. Take right onto Washington Street. Take right onto Center Street.
