Sacred Hearts Parish exists to serve as a living testimony to Christ's presence within it's faith community which is strengthened and nourished by a firm commitment to the Gospel values through prayer, worship, faith formation and service.

 

Reccipes from the Heart

1 cup flour,
1 1/2 cups sugar,
1 tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp salt,
2 eggs,
1 tsp vanilla,
1/2 tsp cinnamon,
3/4 cups chopped walnuts,
2 cups apples (peeled and diced)

Mmmmm, sounds good, doesn't it? The Centenial edition of the Sacred Hearts School Educational Endowment Fund cookbooks are now on sale.

Merrimack Valley Hospice...

Merrimack Valley Hospice is a monthly drop in support group for anyone caring for a loved one with dementia or illness.
3rd Tuesday of the month from 2-3:30PM at Penacook Place, 150 Water Street, Haverhill MA.
4th Tuesday of the month 4-5:30PM Ashland Farms, Route 125, North Andover.

Sacred Hearts Supportive Services Bereavement Support

An educational and supportive program for "senior" widowed men and women meets every Wednesday at 9:30AM at Haverhill Crossings which is located on Amesbury Road, route 110 in Haverhill.
This program is sponsored by the Farmer & Sons/Bethany Bereavement and Resource Center.

Knights of Columbus

the Knights of Columbus is the largest Catholic lay organization in the world and has been called "the strong arm of the Church." Membership in the Knights is open to practicing Catholic men 18 years old and over. From its inception in 1903, Catholic Daughters of the Americas has grown and developed into the largest organization of Catholic women in the Americas.
