Confirmation
The Sacrament of Confirmation at Sacred Hearts Parish
Teens in our religious education program are invited to participate in a two-year confirmation preparation program during 9th and 10th grades. Students who have completed the two-year program may elect to be confirmed at the beginning of 11th grade. The date for the confirmation service, which takes place at Sacred Hearts and is celebrated by our regional bishop, the Most Reverend Robert F. Hennessey, usually takes place in mid-to-late September.
Adults 18+ who are seeking the sacrament of confirmation are invited to participate in our RCIA program or in our regional adult confirmation preparation class. Details for both of those programs can be found here.
To Register for Confirmation
Teens wishing to enroll in our two-year high school confirmation program should look for registration for the 2022-2023 year to open in August of 2022. We are excited to launch a new online registration this year!
Adults wishing to enroll in RCIA or a regional adult confirmation class should email Dr. Elizabeth Woodard, pastoral associate.
